Advantages:

  • Collaboration
  • Cloud Computing (not tied to computer or software)
  • Storage (new multiple file types) 1 GB = 10 times your current "My Documents" at school

 

Disadvantages:

  • basic (doesn't have bells and whistles of MS Office Suite) formating issues?
  • not a place for student info 
  • offline
